Delivery

Download products (PowerPoints, Word & PDF documents, Mini Movies and MP3 files) - All downloadable items are instant delivery to your account on www.twelvebaskets.co.uk. These can then be downloaded to your computer or storage device.

Physical products (Books, CDs, DVDs, T-shirts, Cards) - We aim to despatch within 3 working days of the order being received. However this may not always be possible due to unforeseen events such as temporarily being out of stock. Therefore please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

If you do not wish for products to be delivered during school holidays please stipulate on your order. Twelvebaskets Ltd will assume that Schools required delivery as soon as possible unless stated otherwise.

We despatch goods through Royal Mail so items should be delivered with your normal mail. Should your order be returned to us undelivered, we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee for sending the goods out a second time. If you would like to make special arrangements for delivery then please contact us directly.

Postage & Packing Charges

Postage & Packing charges are applicable to physical products only and are based on the number of physical products ordered.

Sets & Bundles - When ordering sets and bundles the postage charged will be based on the number of physical products within the set. For example "a teacher's dozen Year A" set will incur postage for 3 products.

European Zone:

  • 1 Product £5.00
  • 2-3 Products £8.00
  • 4-9 Products £14.00
  • 10-13 Products £19.00
  • 14+ Products - please contact penny@twelvebaskets.co.uk for postage costs, giving details of products.

Rest of the World:

  • 1 Product £8.00
  • 2-3 Products £15.00
  • 4-9 Products £26.00
  • 10-13 Products £38.00

When ordering online the postage & packaging charged on any order can be viewed in the shopping basket.

Our postage charges will be updated in line with any amendments made by Royal Mail.

Refunds & Exchanges

In the unfortunate event of an item (purchased) being damaged or faulty which in your opinion is due to a manufacturing error please return the item immediately for our inspection. Items deemed to be a manufacturing fault will be replaced free of charge.

Returns

Twelvebaskets Ltd will refund or exchange any unsoiled item that has been purchased and despatched by Post (with proof of purchase attached) returned to us within 14 days of original delivery date. You can claim a full refund less postage or alternatively exchange the item. We advise that you use the Post Office Parcel service, for parcels valued over £20 or if the parcel is valued below £20 obtain a proof of postage certificate.

  • Return your item(s) back to us using either the original or suitable packaging. Postage must be paid.
  • It is advisable in all cases of return to obtain proof of posting or use registered post, postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded unless the item(s) are faulty.

Twelvebaskets Ltd is not liable for returned parcels lost in transit, in the event of any claim it is the sender who is responsible for processing the claim.

Export Restrictions

Twelvebaskets Ltd have no export restrictions in place but reserve the right to impose such restrictions should the need become necessary on the grounds of political, religious or humanitarian reasons.
